Snowing and colder than a witch's fart today. No school delays, so I got to listen to the whining laments of my children. I'm sipping on hot coffee and laughing at my serial killer cat who is mad at the world for turning off the ******g heat. He keeps going outside and attacking the snow *giggles*

146.2 down another pound - close to the low end of my maintenance range- Slim, your due west of me and your weather is coming our way....brrrrrrrr Off soon to have the sutures and tape removed on the TT- then I guess I'll see what the scar damage is. Stay warm and cozy, everyone. Bonnie

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
