121.5 which is just fine. so much to do for the big art fair this weekend. having a little trouble getting enough protein in. might have to drink a (gag) protein drink. diane

149.4 Surgery weight gone- Now will see where the scale goes from here---Slowly, life is returning to normal. Get to stay home the rest of the week convalescing - then back toschool for two more weeks before Christmas break. Have a great day, folks- Tom- the barista thingy sounds like so much fun! TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
