117.6 for me this morning. Considering I was 121.6 last Friday, this is a very good. I cleaned up the carbs and stayed at same caloric level.

147.4 2 #s under surgery weight and into the bonus. Whoop. Still have some swelling at 11 days out- but to be expected, eh? Have a peaceful and enjoyable day, folks-- after all, we woke up this morning - the world is ours!

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
