Last day of November - time flies!

147.2 - sigh
I didn't partake in any extended Thanksgiving eating - well turkey, but that's it. No extra bites of this and that. No extra piece of pie. No extra homemade roll. I did eat the rest of the creamed kale which might be the culprit to the puffy, too-much-salt feeling.
My plan is to stay on course. I made Thanksgiving "a meal." Honestly, sometimes I hate the way my body loses weight. I don't say it often, but I hate my body today.
I hear ya, Slim. I'm working hard to get back in my maintenance range. It's happening, but all the travel isn't helping...

*Stamps foot* I don't WANT to think about happy things!!! My dad's wife wants to take all my silver and clean it. WTF? I know--on the outside it SEEMS like a nice thing to do, but there is ALWAYS an alterior motive with that woman. So, I stayed up late last night and cleaned it myself.
Okay, my life is ******g insane right now. I'd check myself into a loony bin, but I already live in one.
*takes deep breath*
I will NOT have a temper tantrum. WILL NOT.
150.8 Still dropping surgery weight- hanging onto patience and trusting the process. Gently decorating house for Christmas- Userally do it myself, but this year I get to mostly point and wonderful hubby gets to "do". Loving the season....

139.7# My break is winding down :( Massage today and chores around the house.
The scale sucks! Thanksgiving was just a meal. I was 137.9# on Wednesday. Oh well...on a side note I had a hard workout yesterday and the PT measured me. Since August/maintenance I've lost inches ..two inches off my waist(I have a freakin' 29 inch waist from 46 inches), an inch and half off my abs, and a quarter inch off my hips. So, when I look at it that, the sorry scale doesn't seems so important:)
Happy Saturday!!!
