Frisco, you've got it goin' on!
I'm at the top end of my zone (mainly a result of a planned month-long rest period) - but it's coming down nicely and I should be well into my comfort zone next week.
The nice thing is, I feel mentally trained that I'm not really looking forward to the food of thanksgiving. I AM looking forward to seeing my brother and sister-in-law and niece, with whom I don't spend nearly enough time. We lost my middle brother to cancer this year so it will be odd to be without him, and my little sister moved to Houston to be a big wig at BP... so it will be a small gathering.
Happy thanksgiving to all of you - you've been a huge part of the success I've had before, during and after surgery. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

What in the hell are you all doing up so damn early?? Geesh..
145.6 - a slight up-tick is normal for me.
Frisco - You rock, hun. If I was there, I'd give you a big Thanksgiving smooch on the cheek. I'm ready for Thanksgiving to be A meal--singular. I'm so grateful for your words of encouragement and wisdom.
I'm loving that I have no desire to eat crap this year. I wish I could bottle this feeling and save it for another day.
You are have a Happy Thanksgiving and stay safe.
Happy Thanksgiving, OH Family! Grateful for family and friends- so happy to know you all! On the scales for the first time since TT last Friday- 152.4 Whoop-not nearly as bad as I historically am after a surgery. Baseline and we go from here. Peace and joy to all, today- Enjoy. May Frisco's committment and compliance be ours to claim and maintain tomorrow. I'm trying to remember this season that Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years are 3 days of celebration- NOT all the days inbetween included.

Did well at Thanksgiving meal, they actually didn't have a crazy amount of food. Thank goodness.
158.1 this morning. Still unsure what I want to do. I'm thinking of either staying in this range because I like how my face works or trying to go for 140 to see what happens, but I just feel like that's going to be too much. I dunno. *shrug* just going to think on it and see what happens. Plastics SAY they can remove 10-20 pounds so... yeah.
I'm off for a nap.
