Daily Maintenance Weigh In Monday, November 25
140.6#. It's coming down. I made chicken salad, Mexican shredded beef and green chicken soup. I'm set for the week. I even exercised yesterday like I said I would. I'm back in a positive mind set. Let's hope I can stay there through the holiday.
I'm up at the crack of dawn on my Thanksgiving Break!!! Guess I'll have an early start to my day. I need to run some errands today. They are forecasting a winters mix but so far it's gone around us. I've been watching an Ann Klein wool pea coat at the consignment shop and am going to buy it today. I snagged a red wool pea coat last week. I'm working out with the personal trainer and will putter around the house.
Happy Monday!!!
Happy monday! Woke up around 3am, still a bit jet-lagged/time-shifted from India. Oh well, I got 12 hours of sleep the night before, so it averages out.
182# today, so down a bit. Laying out my plans to get to 170 by spring - 2#/month should be doable as I was there last year. I'll be slowly cranking up the cycling, so that will really help - just need to get the diet aligned to get "shredded" for the season. Carrying an extra 10 pounds up a hill just ain't fun.

121.6 today. Was 125.8 middle of week last week. I feel blessed to have been able to trim back down in time for Thanksgiving. I won't go hog wild, but I do want to taste a few favorites of the day. I have done well with exercise since Thursday, the usual Jazzercise and a very long hike of 8+ miles on Saturday with hubby. About killed me for a quick minute and I recovered quickly so I am hoping it will be easier next time. Hip flexors and left knee got sore on the last mile. I am working all week. Envious of those of you who will be on vacay, but I do truly wish you a happy week :)

Morning everyone:
Well, have really done it and confession is good for the soul.
UP!!!!!!!!!110 pounds above goal. the only thing I can contribute three pounds in one day is salt, salt and more salt.
Went to a potluck and the only thing I could eat was salty. Very good but salty.
Brisk walk for 30 minutes and was otherwise ' running' all day.
Started yesterday with My Fitness Pal counting everything that went into my mouth and I was under, by a smidge, the calories but over with the fat.
Ever onwards as they say.
Have a great day everyone and may the cravings for wrong foods be thrown out the window.
