Hope all my American friends are ready for the feast and long weekend. Neither happening here ;-) but I will be heading to another city with my daughter, who is having VSG on Monday. I'm so excited for her!

My best to your daughter. What's her name? Bob and I will keep her in our prayers. Weight is 123.9 today. Down another 1/2 lb. I'll take it. Making my way back to 120. Story of my new life. Wish I could find that magical maintenance calorie number.

Good that your daughter has a great role model in you! I'll keep her in my prayers.

I'm 122.8 -- think the 121.8 number a couple of days ago was because of dehydration. At least I'm staying around 123 which was my previous low.

I ate terribly today. MIL went into the ER because she was having throat issues. Turned out to be nicorette gum stuck in her throat. *sigh* I left work early to race home. Spent 3 ******g hours in the ER for gum, a UTI and raised bloodsugar (she's not diabetic--at least not yet).

None of this is anything new. It's all totally normal for old people. Just gotta roll with it.

So, yeah. I ate some crap, but it's over and I'm better.
