Tis the Season.......
Haven't been over to this forum in a few weeks I guess. Great thread! I've been doing the same - cutting back so that when Thanksgiving came I'd have a little wiggle room. Didn't really need it, but it gave me confidence. I'm keeping this up all through December. Again, most of my goals are behavior oriented, but I do want to come out in January a few pounds down from where I am today. Like you, I'm just cutting out some fluff and focusing more on my protein and veggies. I've added in some Chai tea, too, and that is helping keep me satisfied in the evenings.
