121.2 today. Have not eaten much since car accident on Tuesday.

Hope you're feeling well and not too sore!  148.0  All is well in my world.  Supper in the crockpot- Thursday slides into the weekend ......

  goal!!! August 20, 2013   age: 59  High weight: 345 (June, 2011)  Consult weight: 293 (June, 2012)  Pre-Op: 253 (Nov., 2012) Surgery weight: 235 (Dec. 12, 2012) Current weight: 145

 TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal!  BMI from 55.6  supermorbidly obese to 23.6  normal!!!!

Mimi, sorry to hear about your accident!  Hoping you feel better soon.

102.6 lbs today.  While it's still not my optimal "fighting weight," it's better than yesterday so I'll take it!

Oh Mims that's terrible news!  So glad you are alright, but stressful event, for sure.

I'm back up to 117.6 today.
