Hi Kids,

Happy Friday!  It's going to be a hectic one for me so I just need to focus on surviving until 4pm or so!  I hope everyone has relaxing plans for the weekend.

102.2 today.  Still not perfect but I'll take it.

You will make it Fiona. We all will make it today. Relaxing this weekend for sure. Maybe a hike on Sunday other than that NOTHING! So good.

117.8 today.  My weight jumped back up with the latest calorie increase, so I think I'm gonna be just fine.  Have a great weekend!
