148.4 - I ate great yesterday. Don't know what went wrong besides stress.

Hubby has shingles. He's in pain.

I'm off to a reports class. Then I'm taking the afternoon off so that I can take my daughter to the doctor.

I want the last 4 months back so that I can actually enjoy them.

I'm going to figure out how to lower my stress.

Stress is a *****  Hang in there... hope you can find some good tools to deal with it.

Travel has been my nemesis.  On the road again today, San Jose, then finally will be back on the bike later this week.  I've been "off" for a month, and terrified that I'll be super-out-of-shape... but it will be what it will be.  It will be good to get back into my weekly routine again.  I guess I should be happy that I haven't gained a ton of weight while off... a couple pounds, but I could easily chalk that up to  near constant travel, as well.

148.8 Doing alright.  Back into the swing of exercise after a full week off to heal knees.  Makes me feel so much better when I do it.  Good luck with the shingles- nastiness I wouln't witsh on anyone.  Any chance that the shingles vaccine would help alleviate symptoms?

No - once you get the shingles it doesn't help.

He's on an anti-viral med that we hope will help him.

123. back to tracking. feels fairly stupid for me to consider myself dieting as my bmi is 21, but i like to keep in 121, 122 range. on the other hand,  so glad its a pound or two to deal with and not 125 pounds which i discarded. vive la sleeve!  d
