Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Monday November 4, 2013

148.0 - still feeling puffy but at least it's going down a little.

Hubby is home from work today. He has a painful rash in his armpit and on his back. Fingers crossed that it's not shingles.

Off to work after fall break. Ugh.

But, I have a new pair of black leather boots and a black pencil skirt and a crimson button up shirt and a necklace my grandaddy made. I'm gonna ROCK this Monday til it begs for mercy.

You all have a wonderful day!

Love your outfit for today Slim!  124.2 for me today. Took a 9 mile hike on Saturday, ate out last night and all that has me holding onto water. I feel puffy too. Drinking lots of water today for sure.

Back down to 117.2 today so hopefully this sticks with me now eating the full 1400 calories every day. If I have to increase more, I really don't know how I'm going to get them in at this point. But as we all know, karma is a ***** and one day I will be wishing for this 'problem' again.

Are you doing full fat? Nuts? Those things seem to help stall the weight loss.

Yup doing full fats - best thing about maintenance :-) as far as I'm concerned. Nuts, avocado, ham, bacon, chicken skin, sour cream, heavy cream, soft cheeses . . .  and pork rinds . . . mmmm     tee hee
