Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Saturday November 2, 2013

I can't believe it's November already!  Does DST really start tomorrow?!  This is the time of year when I wish I could just fall asleep and wake up after Valentine's day on February 15 :-)  I'm a grinch - it's true. 

I'm 101.8 lbs today.

I know how you feel. I just went to the grocery store and froze my parts off through the entire trip.

147.8 - had a poor me bowl of ice cream yesterday. Just getting tired of feeling like crap.

p.s. i hate the holidays too. wish we could opt out.   i am thinking of going on thanksgiving dinner strike and demanding we go out.

I'm still in a funk!!!  And, I want to say the f-word a lot ... Other than that all is well!  My garage is clean.  My car is clean and so is my flower bed.  Going out to dinner with my husband...for my birthday (it's Tuesday).

157.2 - cutting WAY back on my eating today... last week was bad. Just bad. 'Nuff said, doing much better today. I let life get in the way but I caught it when my skinny girl jeans didn't button well this morning and got on the scale. May as well own it.

151.0 (Oooops)!  Hope some of this is water- otherwise - no otherwise.  Just gotta practice good eating habits- the ones that got me here.
