Daily Maintenance Weigh In Friday, November 1, 2013

147.6 - my weight is staying steady through this nasty virus.

I didn't sleep well last night, but I have SO much to get done today--my last official day of fall break. So, sick or not, I will soldier through the day and sit on my ass tomorrow.

You all have a wonderful Friday!!!

148.0  Looking forward to Monday- Plastics consult-  b'bye batwings and bellyskin! (I so hope, anyway)

  goal!!! August 20, 2013   age: 59  High weight: 345 (June, 2011)  Consult weight: 293 (June, 2012)  Pre-Op: 253 (Nov., 2012) Surgery weight: 235 (Dec. 12, 2012) Current weight: 145

 TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal!  BMI from 55.6  supermorbidly obese to 23.6  normal!!!!

My surgeon told me that I didn't need plastics. Haha - yeah right. He didn't get a gander at my pancake boobs either. If he would have seen the girls, he would have recanted.

182.5 today, same as yesterday.

Still holding steady at 117.6. Eating all my allotted 1400 calories now, so will see if I stay at 117 or so over the next few weeks before making any more changes.
