183 - dealing with post international travel bloat... plus I'm at the end of my 1 month post-cycling-season layoff... I've taken that off time seriously and really rested up... That changes next week when I head to Phoenix for 4 days of hard-core biking to kick off the "off season"

Hi Tom. I like your idea of "off season" LOL, seriously like it.

122.7 today. I am up 1.6 with no earthly idea why. Must be the aliens fault.

My coach is very serious about "recovery".  A day a week, a week a quarter, and a month per year... keeps injuries down, mental state in good working order and limits "burnout"

We'll see!

Ummm....I forgot to weigh. Weird. I blame it on being arctic ass cold, fog and general dreariness. I didn't even realize it, until I logged on to OH to enter my daily weight. I think that's the first time that I have EVER forgotten to weigh. I never weigh on vacations, but I would if could. Just weird.

Me and the kiddos are going to a fitness place to check it out. We want a place where the kids can do their thing and we can do ours.

I LOVE being on fall break. I'm going to be as whiny as my kids when fall break ends.
