139.6# I'm fluctuating ...it's my 10th Anniversary weekend and we're celebrating tonight.  I plan to indulge and then right back on it hardcore for a few days until my parents get here next Friday.   Have a good weekend, y'all!

151.7 - bloated and just got a few hours sleep last night, my 13 year old is having his birthday party here tonight. 4 teenage boys. There's no booze in the house.

Happy 13th birthday to my fave guy!

Birthday gathering for the 13 year old. They have cheese, pizza and cake. I have Advil and earplugs.

Are you the one in back of the camera?  I think it must be- can tell by the look in your children's eyes.  The love of children .  How very wonderful that is.  They are beautiful.

  goal!!! August 20, 2013   age: 59  High weight: 345 (June, 2011)  Consult weight: 293 (June, 2012)  Pre-Op: 253 (Nov., 2012) Surgery weight: 235 (Dec. 12, 2012) Current weight: 145

 TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal!  BMI from 55.6  supermorbidly obese to 23.6  normal!!!!
