Daily Maintenance weigh in- Friday Oct 18, 2013

I am eager to post today. I went from 125.5 to 122.2 since yesterday. Had the benefit of a super busy day yesterday, no extra time to think about eating. Exercised strenuously last night after work and got all my water in. It paid off. I feel much better.
