118.2 this morning. Ate too fast last night and paid the price. Still feeling off and I have a busy day ahead of me. Probably stick with liquids until things settle down. Have a good one!

125.5 for me today. On the high end of where I don't want to be. Cracking down and back to basics. Darn, I would so like to get to 118 again. Staying under 120 has been so difficult and now at 125 I would love to see 120 again LOL. Never satisfied. I need to take a closer look at what drives me.

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
151.5 - like clockwork, up a few pounds in the middle of the month. Normal, fine.
My head is killing me though. I've not had allergy issues in the past year, but I think all that rain just finally made it's way through my shot's immunity. I have a killer headache and my ears and nose and just ugh! I'm going to try to sneak a nap later.
