118.8 today. Yesterday was my Surgiversary. Spending a lot if time thinking about where I've come from as well as what's ahead.

Cold, rainy and icky outside, but we SO need the rain, but I could REALLY do without the cold. I had to put on my warm coat for the first time this year. And sigh, it's a little more loose. I don't think it's too big though. That was my big "got to go shopping at Macy's for free" coat and dammit, it fits!

148.8 - 1.5 lb gain in one day. Backing off the salt now.

149.0 down a pound.

  goal!!! August 20, 2013   age: 59  High weight: 345 (June, 2011)  Consult weight: 293 (June, 2012)  Pre-Op: 253 (Nov., 2012) Surgery weight: 235 (Dec. 12, 2012) Current weight: 145

 TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal!  BMI from 55.6  supermorbidly obese to 23.6  normal!!!!

139.2#. I'm up...field trips and eating out...up almost 2# overnight.  Oh, well...back on it.
