Daily Maintenance Weigh In for Oct 9th

Good morning everyone:

Down a smidge to just 167.1  Down .8 from yesterday.  Still 7 pounds above goal but coming down.

Protein and water continue.

This is a battle folks.

Sounds like you have the right "weapons" to win this war, Apple (the scales cannot stand agains****er, protein, and your kick it attitude)!  You've got this!!

  goal!!! August 20, 2013   age: 59  High weight: 345 (June, 2011)  Consult weight: 293 (June, 2012)  Pre-Op: 253 (Nov., 2012) Surgery weight: 235 (Dec. 12, 2012) Current weight: 145

 TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal!  BMI from 55.6  supermorbidly obese to 23.6  normal!!!!

hi all, 122 today and off for a big trip. i plan to eat what i want and hope all the activity keeps me where i am. if not, back to the protein drinks. diane

120.8 today. First scale truth after 10 day vacay. It's about half a pound higher than I wanted to see, but will see if there was water weight from traveling in that number.

149.0 again this morning. Woot!

... I'm sure it will be lower in the morning, but I'm not counting it. I've been sick all day, stomach upset, fever, headache, sore throat. EVERY time I fly, I get sick. Blerg.
