174.8 today
Big party last night, a bunch of friends came over that stretch back 45 years to Jr. high, high school and college... so a bit of off plan eating, but nothing serious. No where near enough fluids though.
My full week hiatus off the bike is over, so tomorrow I'll probably mount up for an easy ride - will be keeping it easy and light for the month of october, then the hammer goes back down in November.
Have a great Saturday!

Happy Saturday!!! I'm dog sitting and sitting on the bleachers today watching HS marching bands. The cold from is here and maybe some rain. Hoping the rain holds off.
138.5#.
I had a horrible experience last night in a restaurant. I ate my dinner of chicken and salad. I felt like I had eaten one bite too many but looking at the amount I had eaten, not really. I took a papaya enzyme...I began to have horrible abdominal pain. I excused myself to the bathroom and started to feel hot and sweaty and like I was going to pass out. I hurried so I wouldn't be caught with my pants down...lol and made it to the hallway and I HAD to lay down on the cold concrete floor. It was embarrassing...but oh, well... The moment passed. I felt tired and my tummy was sore. I was able to run errands afterwards and eating fine and feeling fine so far today. I just ate oatmeal. I emailed my surgeon's office. Did I dump? Did I eat too much? My body had better not be rebelling now!!!! I don't want to ever do that again. Hoping it was a one time happening. Thoughts?
147.6 - which is an unfortunate number given the fact that we partook in some celebratory feasting after my son received his black belt. It will go up in the next couple of days.
It was pretty ******g awesome watching my son break 2 boards at once with a flying side kick.
The stress of black belt training/testing is finally over. Phew.
Now I don't have to think about it again until next year.
Sounds very exciting. I sat through March band contest yesterday and it's always nerve racking sitting through my husband's band. They took Best in Class and 6th out of 20 bands.
Thanks for your thoughts on the restaurant experience...I think I probably ate too fast and didn't chew.
