It's Friday--FUNDAY!
Crazy weekend ahead. Tonight my son has Black Belt rehearsals. Tomorrow he has BB testing and awards. It's 6 hours with a dinner after.
So, Sunday will be housework, groceries, etc.
It's snowing right now. Our first snow of the season. I love living in Colorado.
I'm wearing my cute brown boots, so it shall be a wonderful day. :-)

173.0 today. Been a bit sick all week with some virus... probably picked up something in the airplane on the way back from England last Sunday... but it seems to have cleared just in time for the weekend!

145.0. Beautiful fall in Kansas day. Off to see local university FB game tomorrow with hubby. No way would I have done this a year ago ( wouldn't have fit in the seats!). Life IS GOOD!

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
