173.5 - continuing to drop post travel... The week off of the bike feels good, I did about 300 miles the week before, so the rest is welcome. I'll get back on this weekend (indoors - supposed to rain non-stop for 4 days here)...

149.9 - first time I've seen the actual goal weight since my back surgery - and on the day I leave for the OH conference too. Pretty nifty :) Been maintaining in range (other than the post-op 30 pounds of fluid LOL) the past few months. All good.

Onward, gotta get a few things done before the car comes to get me.

121.5 today. I wish I could meet you at the conference Candy. Work won't allow me to be away right now. Even missing my niece's wedding on Saturday in Redwood. Have a great time and congrats on getting down to your maintenance weight.
