Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Thursday September 26, 2013
140.4#....the the red zone. I'm seeing a pattern of eating junk on Wednesdays...WTH! Not sure why I'm doing this...but it's catching up with me. Plus, I always hold water after a workout. I'm not freaking out, but need to stop the junk. I made it through the day without eating chips or candy. Need to do it again tomr.
No weight (Sat am is the next scale day) but BF% read today at 24.5.. so happy camper here. I stopped daily weighing- just weekly, and stopped logging my foods a few months ago- so far, holding steady or losing here and there still. Nice not having the stress of counting and weighing and tracking every single thing, frees up some head-space for me. As long as I eat fairly freely of fat & veg, keep a moderate amount of good meat coming in, and keep away from starches (sugar) and limit alcohol to a very occasional night, I seem to a. not really be hungry, and b. either lose or maintain my weight. I am starting to feel.... *gasp* normal.
I also tried on some party dresses from last year's holiday season, they fit wonderfully, as do the skinny jeans.. and that's a first for me- clothes fitting the same from one year to the next!
Late to the party again. 119.0 for me this morning. Can I just say that this has been a frustrating and difficult day. I haven't eaten over it, but I haven't had any fluids either. Gotta get busy.
