Frisco's cheese crisps

So at a labor day pot luck I made a zillion of Frisco's cheese crisps - some cheddar and some parmessan. A big hit.

So when I went back to the midwest to visit my ailing mom, i made them for her and all her nurses. They loved them. They are still making them.

As martha says, its a good thing.   D

How do you prepare them? I use the wax paper plate and works pretty well, but sometimes mine don't crisp all the way.

I use the shiny paper plates. If they don,t get crisp, they should probably cook a little longer until slightly brown. D

The Italian name for these is "Frico"

Try sprinkling some herbs into them !!!

Here is something I made a while ago now......
