Morning everyone:
Up to 168 this morning which is 8, read it, 8 pounds above goal. I cannot express the terror I feel.
However the logical part of my brain says, slow down, it is salt. And it likely is as the restaurant food was very salty. Rarely go out so it was a total treat and delicious but am paying the price. I can feel the salt behind my eyes and in my fingers.
So back to water, water, water and protein.
Sorry Diane for your ailing Mom. It is oh so very hard. Very hard indeed.
Have a great day everyone.
150.8. Looks good to me- I originally thought to have a 5 pound swing either side of 150... Haven't seen the down side yet, but am thinking that I would do better to keep a closer grip- maybe a 3 pound either side. Whatis it. About weekends that makes it so difficult to get the protein and liquids in? Seems like I play catch up every Saturdayand Sunday
