Thanks for the kind words of welcome yesterday!  Weight today was 189.9, which was down a bit.  I found myself feeling hungry yesterday, but I think it was more head hunger.  Today has been a bit better.  I have my dance class tonight, which started up again last week.  I love that class, and it's a great motivator for staying on course.  As I've mentioned in the past, returning to dance after so many years, was part of my re-birth as a thinner, healthier person.  I definitely wouldn't be able to continue in the class if I put my weight back on.   During the time I wasn't posting here, I celebrated my 2nd surgiversary, on 8/22.  For me to still be wearing normal sized clothing and staying away from my major trigger foods for more than two years is a miracle!  However, I obviously sat on my laurels a bit, as I put on a few pounds and found myself in the beginning stages of that oh so familiar floundering. - playing games with food.  For today, I'm trying to stay honest and eat cleanly.  So far, so good.  Thanks all for being there!  Mary
