My weekend has started and it's going to be good and busy...going to PT, getting my hairs done, massage, visiting family, along with the not so fun home responsibilities:). I'm looking forward to it!

128.2 - within my normal swelling range.

This morning I have a lymphatic massage to help with the plastic surgery swelling.  

 VSG on 4-2-12    HW: 335    CW: 126    Height: 5 ft 6.5 in   

 There is no finish line!

120.6 today.  Looking forward to enjoying the gorgeous weather today and over the weekend.  Fall is actually our best season here in Calgary with sunny, dry and warm days, accompanied by clear, cool evenings.

Ha!  Easy weekend - only a 2.5 hour ride scheduled for Saturday and 1 hour on Sunday.  Taking it easy for a week in preparation for a 200k next Saturday...
