176... holding very steady around 175 +/- 1 or 2 lbs lately.
Wonderful fall weather happening here - Looks like sun and low to mid 70s for the next 5 days... good for outdoor exercise!

I've been holding in the 153 area. 153.4 this morning, 153.7 yesterday, etc etc. Good for me right now!
I'm feeling SO much better all of a sudden. The mornings are still a little more rough, but I like that I'm off the Percoset and on Narco more. It makes me more tired, but I'm SO much more lucid on it. But overall I'm feeling really good these days. I'm hoping this is the other side and no more backsliding.
The big stress is gone. We with withdrew my 5th grader yesterday and she'll start at a Virtual Public Charter school (K12 curriculum) on Monday. She's super excited (which is more than I can say about the past few weeks were like). We're prepping an extra computer off of my office to be her school area (so her play computer stays in her room). We have a great little area we're going to convert into that space. I'm no her teacher, just a "learning coach". We'll see but she's pretty self suffiicet so I'm not worried.
