Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Tuesday, September 10
120 on the nose today. Very happy with that, and I'm also hoping that my body has adjusted enough to the extra carbs to stop the bouncing weights. That really throws me.
Not sure why, but I've been procrastinating at work and it's starting to catch up with me. I'm committing to getting some things off the 'to do' list today.
jubjub, the charts themselves are impressive, but it's the real progress that they record that blows me out of the water!

Thanks ! That "bump" in early august scared me a little - pre-VSG that would have been the death-knell for my "diet." Post VSG it was just back to business as usual and the weight came back off. The "tool" concept is starting to sink in. Having a measure of control over my weight and diet is such a relief!

wellll, gotta start doing this! weighed myself this morning and i'm up to 155.1 from 154.4. guess that's not really bad. but it's pretty much my first gain. in three years. probably don't need to freak. BUT it's that old: i gained so why bother thing. AND i've been craving and eating carbs up the gazoo. and maintained. it's like i'm waiting to get caught. stupid, stupid, stupid.
anyway: to mfp now and seeing NUT tmw to get "real" weight. not feeling good about this!
I haven't posted in a while now... missed you guys. Been SUPER busy with work and kids. Think I need to make it a priority to start posting on here again because I feel like the weight could come back a pound at a time the way we have been eating out and on the run with my son playing football, my daughter coaching cheerleading and my husband playing softball, way to much! I would like to get in on the daily weigh in's to keep myself accountable again. It's starts TODAY!

Need to get in more water also. I was doing so good on water and now I just HATE it! Urg!!!! I will do it though... probably won't like it but.... I'll do it! lol
No more crunchy carbs either! Food on the go is killing me!!
I'm ready!!! These pounds will NOT come back on!!!
