VSG Maintenance Group
Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Saturday, September 7
176 - up a tad. No idea why.
Clean eating yesterday, but probably high on sodium, and a bit low on fluids, so there you go.
Off to the big farmers' market in Minneapolis this morning... the harvest should be in, and lots of excellent produce and meats available.

158.4 - better than yesterday's weight of 161.4 (after surgery).
I haven't talked about this much because some of you wonderful people have way bigger things that you are dealing with, and I tend to not like to share a lot of personal stuff on the main forum.
Anyway, I was diagnosed with Melanoma in July. Yesterday I had surgery to remove a "barrier" area around the sight and something that is called a Sentinel Node biopsy. All of this was just as a precaution to make sure the cancer hasn't spread. The surgery went fine and I was home by 1 pm yesterday. My arm and armpit aren't all that happy right now, but I have happy drugs (percaset--sp??) that make a lot of the pain go away.
That's all for now because I keep falling asleep in the middle of writing.
That sucks big time, Slim, but hopefully this will be the end of it.

139# my lowest weight so far and completely undeserved after a crap eating day yesterday. I will be careful this weekend and see if I can keep it. I'm blessed and thankful...my whine bag issues with weight and my job ...life...is silly nonsense in what really matters in life. I'm taking some quiet time this weekend while my husband attends a college football game. I need to let things go...
Thanks for letting me think out loud...
Have a great weekend, ya'll!!!
Woot woot Steph! You're rockin' this thanng

122.0 today. Lowest weight so far too. I feel much better trying to make the jump to 1200 calories now because it tells me my body is still clearly in a caloric deficit.
Cool and rainy here today, but my husband flies home tonight. It will be good to start getting back into the routines after a month.
