123.6 this morning. Down a pound from this week's flying weight so that's encouraging.

The weather is beautiful here right now so going motorcycling with a friend this afternoon, then off for my first real group ride this evening. I'm a little nervous, so wish me luck!

Jub, I suspect the scan is going to give you very good news and lord knows you've earned it!
