Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Wednesday, September 4

175.8 - been very very consistent around 175 lately.

Having a DEXA scan tomorrow at a clinic known for WLS follow up.  I had a scan a few weeks ago, but they only looked at bone density, not all body composition. Grrrr.

I'm curious to see where my body composition is at - my weight has been so stable, but I'm hoping I've dropped a bit of fat and replaced it with muscle.

Heaviest: 313/VSG Pre: 295/Surgery: 260/Maintenance target:190 - Recent: 195 (08/15/19)

124.6 again today. Still think I might be retaining fluids.  All is well here.

141.3#  The scale is making me happy again:)  I'm going back to weigh loss mode...I'd like to get to 135 and be comfy...
