Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Tuesday, September 3
124.6 today. That's good for first day post vacation and flying. I was pretty careful with my choices because I knew I couldn't weigh/measure them. My strategy paid off.
Next hurdle will be trying to increase maintenance calories from 1000 to 1200. I think I will wait until next week to see where my weight settles after being away. I'm hoping to drop at least a pound because if I don't, I'm a little worried that 1200 may prove too many to maintain at 125. Still early days though so time will tell.

155.4 - much more closer to my comfort zone.
To be fair, though, I did a round of magnesium citrate yesterday (my first time - good lord). It really didn't do what I thought it would. I mean, it got everything cleaned out, but I don't feel dehydrated, just don't have a stomachache anymore. Hoping I didn't loose too much water and that scale goes back up, because losing 2 pounds overnight was kind of nice, but I know it will probably go up and I have to be okay with that.
We're trying to go a little further between Percoset doses. We started at 4 hours during the day, then went to 5. Six is too much, so we're trying 5.5 for now. Working on it... slowly but surely!
