151.4 - not really a surprise since my eating has not been "A" work.

I feel puffy. I hate feeling puffy. Puffy sucks. My hips hurt. WTF? I need to see a chiropractor.

I saw the movie TED on a recommendation. Totally offensive movie. I laughed, I cried (because of laughing). Got my mind off the other crap going on - at least for 90 minutes.

Today, I want to get some personal stuff done. The filing on my desk is threatening to attack me. I bought a new shirt and it got a tear on the first day. What a ****** I bought some hummus, different brand than usual, and I can barely live with myself even this morning. When they say garlic, they aren't kidding.

So, I'm off to get a few thises and thats done.

120 which is a ok.

did some bad eating this weekend. started with two glasses of wine friday night and then off to a concert without eating dinner. well they had all these homemade cookies there and i ate two large oatmeal cookies. jeez they were good. then yesterday we went to the local county fair and i had my annual corndog. couldn't fini**** and i think i walked it off.  really gotta learn to pass the sweets up or it could be all downhill.  diane

131.6 I lost about 3 pounds this week. I'm not sure why. I'm still working on increasing my calories, but haven't gotten very far yet. I'm up to about 1000 calories a day now (from around 700 in my weight loss phase). My capacity is still pretty small so I've added in some nuts, avacados, and healthy fats since that's what my doctors office suggested. Any other suggestions are welcome! :)
