177 this morning after returning from a couple days in London... not too bad as things go, I was out entertaining clients for hours and hours two nights in a row. Ended up drinking more wine than in the past 6 months combined. I walked a lot, but no serious exercise - it was a mandatory week off after the race last Saturday. I'll be starting a more serious phase of training again this week, with weekly hill-climbs and then I have a two day ride (100k per day) this coming weekend and another 100k the following Saturday.
My riding buddy and I have decided that we need to get seriously skinny to get better at hills, and we've set a target of 165 lbs by the beginning of next season, so I'm adjusting my calorie target down from 2000 per day to 1800... I may have to go a bit lower.
I had a DEXA scan and it showed that I'm calcium deficient so I'm upping (per doctor's orders) my Calcium and D3. I was taking the minimum recommended by my surgeon, so now I'll be at the top end of the recommendation. I'll start doing weights in the off-season as well.
Frustratingly, the DEXA scan I had didn't compute full body composition, which I really wanted. I found another clinic in town that does, and I'm going to go there to get a body fat analysis, which I really want to see how realistic losing 10-12 more pounds will be. I still feel like I have fat to lose, but it's possible it's just loose skin... but an super-accurate BF determination will let me set a real goal.

150.2 - I ate like crap yesterday--had peanut butter for dinner if that says anything. It'll probably hit the scale tomorrow. By the way, don't ever melt peanut butter in the microwave for 15 seconds - it's pure heaven.
We postponed the dinner and a movie family night to today because we had so much to do around the house before the first day of school tomorrow. This is the first year, that I--as a mother--am not excited about the first day of school. All previous years, I usually sing songs and smile and laugh too much and my kids growl and roll their eyes because they can't flip me off. But, tomorrow is also my first day of school, so it's just not as fun *sad face*. Of course, I won't be telling my children that--they must not know that I sympathize with their general hate of school.
I spent 3 hours in the yard yesterday. Spring started for us on August 1st. Weirdest effing weather. It's sent us all into massive allergy fits. Kinds of suck, but we REALLY needed the rain.
Today we are going to our first Movie Tavern. I've never tried one, so we shall see what happens. We're going to see Planes. I have a lot of movies that I want to see right now. I may have to start a movie schedule - something I did when my kids were little so that I'd get to see at SOME of the movies that were out at the time. The Butler (can't remember the full name) is very high on my list.

I ate crap yesterday too. Popcorn w/ fake butter and lots of salt, among other things. I did get to see Blue Jasmin and loved it. Try to go and see it (given all the free time you've got :-).
Have fun today, Slim. I always hated that first-day-of-school feeling, too

102.4 lbs today. It's a friend's birthday so I'm going for a dimsum breakfast this AM. There will be consequences tomorrow, I know it.

156.3 - getting closer to my comfort zone. Pain is getting better. I'm trying to kick a milkshake addiction, but I'm barely eating, I sleep through so many meals. LOL
