Daily Maintenance Weigh In Friday Aug 9, 2013
For fun, I've been tracking the water weight coming off... it's FREAKY
Monday's weight: 181.5
Tuesday's weight 177.3
Wednesday's weight 171.1
Thursday's weight: 168.0
(Today) Friday's weight: 161.4
So, TWENTY freaking pounds in water has come out in the past five days. Crazy! LOL
So, almost back to 155 where I started. I'm eating milkshakes and stuff. Probably not my best choice, but it's calories and it makes me happy. I realize this is about comfort and I'm okay with packing on a few during this recovery, which is, frankly, horrendous.
I realize this is against every plan out there, but this is my plan for now. I have 1-3 more weeks of pure hell to get through. Food has always been my comfort. I'm making, overall, good choices and I'm okay with some bad ones too.
My therapist is makingg a house call today so I can talk to her about this. I want to be sure I'm doing it for the right reasons and it's okay as long as I watch it. I feel like it is though. Perfect? No, but I'm not beating myself up over a chai latte frappe either.

Candy, I'm in awe of how you watch yourself, your motives, your food, despite all that pain! All I can say is that I totally support you in what you're going through right now, and I know you'll come out better, stronger, thinner (if that's what you want) when you're all done with this.

142.4#. Same as yesterday...I had a hungry day yesterday. I usually do after a hard work out; the next day I want to eat. Swim party tonight with band students. They're having pizza. I'm choosing to have green chicken soup before we go and then if I see a homemade dessert I want, eat that. That's the plan anyway.
