Me day! My family comes back from their weekend fishing trip this weekend.

I am sitting on the couch, drinking coffee and working on my computer. Well, not really "work." More a labor of love.

What are you doing today?

124.2 today.  The sun is finally shining after a solid week of rain.  Errands and chores to do first, but hoping to get outside later to enjoy the weather. 

102.2 lbs today.  Off to climb some walls at the gym!

WOOT!!! How are you feeling, Gail?

Good, a bit tired, but I needed to get back into my routine. Went on a couple of vacations a d continued them, when I was home. Exercise helps to keep my weight down. If I stop, my weight goes up and I don't feel as well. I have my 3 year follow-up in a couple of weeks, so I want to be in good shape for that.

120.5 after a night of bad snacking at the art gallery opening last night. those events are killer and i have to stay for 3 hours. yeah i could bring a protein drink but phooooey.  gotta cool it today.

tons of house work to do. the place looks like a thrift shop exploded in here. and then there is the yard. think i gotta hire help on that one.  other than that, its a great day.  diane

We went shopping today and I bought a few things for school.  It was a good day!!!
