Happy Thursday everybody! 119.3 today. Parents visiting this weekend. Lots of activity planned. Should be fun. Celebrating Dad's 83rd birthday. And as we say in our family, he will be in his 84th year. Happy Birthday Dad!

124.8 today. That's more like it! Water weight gone because I've been focusing on fluids, and first week of maintenance successful. Even though I've added 400 cals daily my weight has remained where I want it.

Welcome back, Candy. Sorry to hear you've been through such an ordeal, but glad you're home now. Hopefully the pain will subside fairly soon and you will really be on the mend.

177.9 - continuing to shed the travel bloat... Thankfully.

200 km race on Saturday - so hopefully I'll be back in my zone. With 10,000 feet of hill climbing, i'd rather not carry any extra poundage.
