so my dh shrinking nerd has now lost 199 lbs!!! and i bet he does 200.

and he thinks his metabolism is sort of normalizing so he can eat more. rats! wish mine would do that so i don't have to be on 1200 calories forever.

regardless, i am proud of him for taking this opportunity and getting it done. now if he would only mow the yard ...
