Happy Monday! The weekend was exhausting for me. Filled with lots of must dos and a little bit of fun thrown in thank God.

119.2 today. My body seems to love that number right now. It's a good number for me so I am happy with it.

My last week before school starts!!!  I love having my summer off, but blessed to have a job I like most days:)

144.2#-I'm up from yesterday.  I'm eating on plan so not going to freak out, but frustrating when you want to see 140# ! Oh, we'll... It's certainly not the end of the world.

Have a great week!

180 - oof

I'm back from 2 week long trip and I stepped on the scale as soon as I got home - up 5 lbs.

Damn.  Well, my first "code red" since entering maintenance.  Time to buckle down and eat clean.

And I know from previous trips that a lot of it is from flying/traveling and should drop off pretty quickly, but it was not a good number to see.  But I did indulge in some pastries in Paris, and I didn't get my water in, etc. etc.  So it's back to reality, and back to WLS mode for a bit...

I have a 200k race on Saturday that will help... Although I will have to "fuel up" for it - i made the mistake of not doing that last time and I bonked pretty hard.

I was finally able to weigh myself this morning without my "top of thigh to ankle" knee brace. It was, as I expected, near the top of the range I allow myself - 126.6.

4.5 weeks left to go of healing before I can return to work and to my routine!

126.8 today. That pound has found it's way back again, but I'm happy to roll with it so early in maintenance.

Jub. I've always found that air travel causes fluid retention too, so maybe your red zone is but a moment in time:).

Continuing to help me daughter today. Have a good one, all.

Yep - pounding the fluids today to flu**** out... already seems to be working if my number of trips to the bathroom is any indication...
