Daily Maintenance Weigh- In for Sunday August 4th 2013

I feel your pain!  Not much out there for us shorties.  I ride a cruiser and my only other choices were sports bikes  Nothing out there in the standards, but I recently met a woman who rides a Suzuki Boulevard S40 (650cc) which is classified as a cruiser but in my opinion is closer to a standard than any of the others.  Might be worth a look if that size is not too much for you. 

101.6 lbs today. 

I ate really badly yesterday!  Pizza, scones and popcorn - unbelievable!  I swear it's true, the further out from surgery you are, the harder it gets!  The sad thing is that I'll probably eat more crap today.  I'll just have to be extra good during the week.

143.6#  I'm hoping to declare goal by the end of the month and then lose 5# for cushion.  It's amazing to me that I am almost there.  It wouldn't have been possible without the sleeve.  Blessed and thankful.

120.5 today. met with doctor yesterday and he said my weight has been "rock solid" stable for two years now. well i guess i knew that because i keep my own records but its nice to be affirmed.

by the way, I vote for "play" not "clean". i have the same choice today.   D
