Daily Maintenance Weigh- In for Sunday August 4th 2013
on 8/4/13 12:30 am
Morning everyone:
Well, the pounds are sloooooooowly coming off. 165 which is 5 pounds above goal. Better than 7 and better than 6 but still 5 is 5 too many.
Candy how are you doing?
It is a long weekend this weekend for me. What to do. What to do. Clean???? or play ??? Choices.
Have a good one.
Play, apple. Definitely play.
151.0 - Still eating well. I'm proud of my weekend eating. I didn't partake in any of my usual "it's the weekend" crap eating. I soldiered through it. So, I shall stay the course today.
So all of those emails and correspondence I hadn't received from the school district, were sent to my district email. Yeah, the email I didn't have access to until August 1st. I will be spending the day going through the 12+ emails and getting everything figured out with my benefits, etc.
If you hear screaming and cussing coming from Colorado, just ignore it.
Wonderful celebration of life yesterday and today I begin my new normal life. Yesterday I was so busy I walked almost 12,000 steps and never left my house! Tried to send most of the food home with others, bit there is still WAY too much here. My weight has been creeping back down and that's the path I need to stay on.
apple - definitely play!
slim- is that you I hear?

I'm so glad to hear from you Judy. Congratulations on the 12,000 steps and the weight loss! My thoughts are with you as you begin your new, normal life.

Good morning everyone
I'm back down to 125.8 today, which is pretty much goal. Survived the first few days of maintenance and the scale is cooperating while I get started adding calories back. So far so good.
Sounds like things are going well for all of you and I'm keeping Candy in my thoughts as she recovers. Off to help my daughter with a clean up project at her home today.

How did your motorcycle ride go yesterday? My trip to the dealership was a bust :-( It confirmed that I'm too short and small to ride the types of bikes I want to ride (I'm 5'1"). The only bikes where my feet could actually touch the floor were cruisers, but I what I really want to ride is a standard. Oh well, I'm sticking to my scooter for now.
Have a great day!
