Hello all. I had to start the thread today because number one, I am so excited my weight is still at 119! Number two, I am so busy at work today and I need to get off and running. Hope everyone has an awesome day! Candy take care of yourself the next couple of days especially and go into surgery the best you can be. Love to all.

I'm so happy that you started this early today. It's going to be a busy day, dangit.

153.0 - I ate ******g awesome yesterday. Just gonna do more of the same today.

I will get to start working out again tomorrow. We'll see.

155.8 - my body really likes this weight right now and just whatever.

Still freaking out about surgery. Need to stop googling recovery stories. Yeowch.

Anyone can start the thread, anytime. No one here owns it. We share the responsibility. I think it's part of keep each other accountable.

Good Morning!!  I'm back from my last vacation before school starts!  I'm up 6#...148.8#.  I don't ever lose weight on vacation!!!  lol   We had a wonder time and great food.  I don't regret a minute of it:)  However, it's time to get back on plan and get to goal.  Have a good day everyone!

102 lbs today.

Went climbing and camping this weekend, would've thought that whatever extra calories I consumed would have been burned by all the activity.  Still, I bet this is water retention in my muscles - they ache everywhere today.  Plus, of course, the effect of restaurant food.  103 is my upper limit so I guess I'd better watch it.  I really need to get to gym more regularly.  I've been so lazy and it showed in the way I was struggling with climbing this weekend.  Oh well.

I start a new job this week.  I have a lot of very complex feelings about this new position so let's just say I hope I survive it :-) 

Candy, I'm sending you some healing mojo now and in the next couple of weeks!!

I haven't posted here in, probably, months! Life has been really crazy busy and I've been enjoying it mostly.

My weight has been staying in the range I like which is 123 to 127. When I hit 127 I reign in all the extras and go back eating cleanly for a few days. When I go below 123 I add extras.

I have no idea what I weigh right now because I am recovering from knee surgery. I am on crutches and can put a little weight on my right leg, but not much. I do hope to be able to make it to see Dr. C on Saturday, since he doesn't come up here too often.

I plan to do more than just lurk over the next few weeks!
