152.8 - I ate well, but I went heavy on the salt.

The weekend is starting out to be good and bad. Bad because I took my daughter over to her BF's house last night. She leaves on a 1-week trip this am with their family. Their going to Ohio...or Iowa...one of those states back east that starts and ends with a vowel. Cedar-something - I have it written down. I miss my baby.

The good part is that I got to hang out with my GF at the pool yesterday. She's a single mom of 4 and we don't get to see each other that much.

What's the plan for this lovely weekend?

155.6 - holding reasonably steady.

Heading to a girlfriend's house for a jewelry party. She's designed her own for years, beautiful work. I need to spend some money on myself. Done. LOL

Otherwise, it's wet and rainy and gross out. Gotta do a lot of stuff to prep for my time out. Owning a business is great freedom-wise, but it sucks having the whole responsibility for all these employees and clients.

Fun! I love going to jewelry parties. I never buy anything because I'm a cheap ass ***** but I love going. :-)

She does higher end stuff handmade, so it was a drop in thing. I got these REALLY cute earrings and bracelet for $100, good deal for her friends and family type of thing. Sparkly! I need to take the bracelet back and get a few links taken out, but LOVE it.

Very pretty! I bought a pair of amber earrings while my sleeve bestie was in town. I just wish I would have bought a necklace to go with them.

Yeah, I found the earrings first and fell in love. My daughter was with me (she got a necklace) and pointed out the bracelet that matched and well... I HAD to. Couldn't break up the set!

119.5. gotta work at the art gallery today. hope its busy so i am not tempted to snack. diane
