I know the feeling. I take Protonix twice per day. Sometimes I will use Zantac or gaviscon for breakthrough symptoms. I have had to really back off coffee ( sigh).

Driving to Minnesota to visit family and take a holiday in a week - 2 days on the road each way is ick and probably will retain fluid like crazy for a day or so. We have decided to bring our bicycles along and we are going to do a 10k race while we are there too so I shouldn't get too off track.
