Devon, you are so real and so damn handsome. Thanks for posting this. There are lots of takeaways for me. I really do hope you will let me know if you come back to Marietta to visit family. I am just a stone's throw away and would love getting to know you in person. You are amazing.

Looking good! Loved your post and thoughtful comments. This journey is so much more than a number on a BMI chart. Seeing how much muscle you have, I think your guide may be better served by body fat percentage rather than a BMI chart. Your awareness is to be admired.
