Daily Maintenance Weigh-In - Monday July 15th, 2013
Good Morning Folks!
In my efforts to start working on gaining some weight I have decided to start posting in the daily thread again! Anxiety around maintenance got the best of me and I have had struggles for sure but I am working with my physician, therapist, AND dietician to fix this all.
Today I weigh 108.4 pounds which is actually up a pound from my lowest. It's a long journey back to 140-150 where I want to be but I am doing my best and putting one foot in front of the other. If there is one thing I know how to do well is EAT....just got to work through the stress of it all!

153.2 - A weekend of food-centered parties and my general sucking at making good food choices at said parties shows on the scale.
I think we are back to normal for awhile, so I am looking at my diet and deciding how best to get back to a healthy food plan. Figured out that my anxiety for a couple of upcoming doctor's appts sent me over the edge this weekend.

Wow, Melissa - I'm sorry you're dealing with that. That is really low for you, I know. You can do it. I know you can.
150.5 this morning, back over my "goal" but I know it floats around. Not enough sleep and too much salt (and yes, I celebrated - I had my very first sushi roll, WITH RICE, last night). I hadn't had one in over two years. It was so good. One of my favorite things in the world. I was able to eat just over half of it and had the rest as a snack last night. It will definitely have to be an occasional treat, but I wasn't uncomfortable - rice was well cooked.
Feels good to be officially on the other side :)

That is encouraging Candy. So glad to hear you could eat a Sushi roll. I haven't tried anything but Sashimi or seared tuna yet. Maybe there is hope. Come to think of it, I did have a tasting of some fabulous chicken and wild rice soup and I had no problem digesting it or feeling too full. so maybe I can do a small amount of Sushi roll too. Just curious, what's your fave?

Sleeved 12/15/11, 5'1", HW 185, SW 164, CW102
146.6# this am. I am up 2# from my lowest on June 26th. I'm not very happy with the scale...I guess I need to buckle down. The bites, licks and tastes need to stop. I also know my inactivity from having gallbladder surgery is a factor as well. I've just been lazy...my personal trainer has been on vacation, too. I'm full of excuses and know how to fix it.

119.9 today. Flip flopping around a little to 122.4 as my high and 119.4 as my low within the past week. I have a hard time keeping calories consistent. Like one day I am closer to the 1100 or 1200 that I was told to shoot for right now and then the next day I just can't get that many calories in. So right now I have no idea what my maintenance calories are approximately.
