First official day of work at the library. I'm celebrating by riding my bike to work. It's only 1 mile, but its ALL up hill. Can't wait for the blazing ride home. *grins*

You all have a wonderful day and thank you all for letting me be a whiner-baby yesterday. I'm not better. I just don't have time to whine about it today.

120.5 today. I am vascillating less than 1 lb up or down on any given day. I am happy with that.

100.8 lbs today.

Yesterday was a really stressful day at work and I ended up eating emotionally for solid hour and a half last night.  I think I really needed it, but I wish I had found some other way to handle my feelings.  This doesn't happen to me too often anymore, so I was surprised at how much I just wanted eat everything in sight (and so I did)!!!

I hope today's a better day.  I'll be on the look out for any stress-related feasting!

Good morning all:

Enjoy the bike ride.  I walk down the hill to work and sometimes at the end of a very long day the hill back up seems to go up to heaven.  

And I totally understand the emotional eating.  Totally.  Usually after the fact.    Hang on in there.

Down a pound to 163 but still 3 above goal of 160.

Eating more salads and drinking lots and lots.

Too bad it can't be downhill both ways! Heh.

151.0 - new low this morning. I kind of like how I've handled maintenance so far. Yes, that means it's taking "forever" to get to "goal", but I'm learning as I go about what I need to do long term.

Of course, I totally reserve the right to change my mind at any time without notice.

Too bad it's not UPHILL in both directions - now that's a workout... Just back from weekly hill climbs :)  80 solid minutes of climbing.  

174 today.

Got the word, my car is getting a new engine, paid for by insurance - I'll just be out the deductible... the engine is shipping from Germany, but the BMW dealership is letting me keep a loaner for a couple weeks.  Nice service!
