July 4th Daily Maintenance Weigh- In

Good morning all:

Trusting that everyone is enjoying the holiday. Except for those of us who have to work.

WAAAAAAAY up!  166.  That is 6 pounds above goal.  Heaviest have been for nearly 10 months.  Have no idea what is going on.  Having that stint in the hospital has thrown everything out of whack. 

Will blame salt but can that be true when am drinking at least 1.5 litres of water a day and often 3.  

Perhaps it is because I am not walking as I used to because of the pain that continues.

Anyway am not happy.
